FAQ's

What to Expect on Your First Visit

From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a calm and nurturing space. Before your massage begins, you’ll be asked to complete a short consultation form — either in advance or upon arrival — covering your health history, any injuries, surgeries, skin conditions, or areas of concern.

We’ll take a few moments to discuss your goals for the session and any areas you’d like me to focus on. Once everything is in place, your massage will begin for the duration you’ve booked.

After your treatment, I’ll guide you through some gentle aftercare advice and we can chat about your next visit, if you wish.

What to Wear

Please shower before your appointment and arrive in comfortable clothing.

  • For Full Body Massage, underwear will remain on.
  • For Back, Neck & Shoulders, trousers can stay on.
  • Towels will be used throughout to ensure your comfort and modesty.
