Hello and welcome.  I’m Laura, a qualified Massage Therapist based in Bexhill, East Sussex, offering home-based treatments tailored to your needs.

My journey into massage therapy began during maternity leave in 2022, when I enrolled at East Sussex College to study Counselling Skills and Level 3 Swedish Massage. I’ve always had a deep-rooted passion for helping others, and I find genuine joy in supporting people to feel better — physically, emotionally, and mentally.

After the birth of my son, I experienced firsthand how easy it is to lose sight of self-care. The physical toll of motherhood, from shoulder and back pain to postural changes and emotional strain following an emergency C-section, was profound. Like many new mums, I found it difficult to prioritise myself, especially when finances were tight and time was scarce.

Massage became more than a skill, it became a lifeline. It taught me to listen to my body, to slow down, and to reconnect with myself. I believe everyone deserves that opportunity, not just mums. Whether you're a dad, grandparent, partner, or simply someone in need of a moment to recharge, massage is a powerful way to restore balance and wellbeing.

In August 2023, I furthered my training at The Brighton School of Massage, qualifying in Level 3 Pregnancy Massage. My mission is to make high-quality massage therapy accessible and affordable, because self-care shouldn’t be a luxury reserved for special occasions, it should be part of everyday wellbeing.
